The best way to capture real images is for you to be relaxed and comfortable, and for you to feel your best. You don't have to worry about being stressed out or flustered since all the guess work will be taken care of for you! We will walk through everything, step by step, and create the images that you dream of.
STEP 1 - STYLING AND planning
When you book your session, we will get together to talk about what your goals are for your portrait session. We will not only plan out and design your session, you will be able to look through and try on the extensive client wardrobe in the brand new North Columbus studio. Each detail will be designed just for you and your family. A pro hair and makeup artist can be taken care of for you as well.
STEP 2 - your session
Sessions are fun, casual, and relaxed. There is no need for a portrait session to be stressful or rushed. I like to have fun with the little kids and make your session pain free for both the teenagers and the dads. ;) Newborn sessions are peaceful and calm, kept warm with white noise to ease baby into a deep sleep. The private storefront studio has plenty of room for the whole family, with ample comfortable seating.
STEP 3 - reveal and ordering
Approximately three weeks after your session, we will meet again in studio for the big reveal! This private reveal and ordering appointment is when you will get to view all of your images not on a screen, but instead as beautiful 5x7 printed proofs! This adds a special touch that digital galleries cannot provide. Artwork will be custom designed and created with your actual images, so you can see how your portraits will look in your home. The studio has multiple artwork samples for you to see and touch, and each product offered is unique and of the highest quality.
